Once tickets are purchased, these are binding. The tickets are Non-Refundable, and cannot be rescheduled, and we require tickets to be purchased at least 24 hours prior to the fishing trip. Once the tickets are purchased, they cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled for any reason, because your space is being guaranteed for the day requested.

This activity may be cancelled due to severe weather. The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive a Gift Certificate for a future trip. It is important to have back up days available in the event of unforeseen weather. If we need to cancel the trip, we will ask you to select a new date. If we do not receive a response with a rescheduled date, we will issue a Gift Certificate that can be used toward a future trip.

Online Pricing is discounted rates that cannot be used with any other coupons, discounts, vouchers or specials of any kind. The online special pricing is not available in the office or over the phone.

Participate responsibly. For the safety of all passengers, participants should be physically capable of boarding, moving about, and disembarking the vessel without assistance. Guests must be able to walk unassisted onto the boat, maintain their balance and mobility while on board, and walk unassisted off the boat at the conclusion of the trip. 

Drugs, Alcohol, Weapons and Tobacco Policy

For the safety of everyone on board, firearms, weapons, illegal drugs, and outside alcohol are prohibited on all Orlando Princess Fishing vessels. Possession of prohibited items may result in denial of boarding or removal from the vessel without a refund. This policy applies regardless of whether a passenger possesses a concealed weapon license, medical use license or any other reason. There are no exceptions. As for the Tobacco policy, please be mindful of your surroundings, avoid smoking near children or non-smokers, and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Crew members may ask you to relocate or stop if your smoke is affecting others.
